Implemented most of the basic folders that can be used in datapacks, which will be filled over time with tutorials and examples.
The first 3 areas of focus will be:
1) Functions
2) Advancements/Achievements
3) Tags

Gave the pack a temporary (digitally drawn) .png icon :)

Created loading confirmation message via functions and a root advancement that should load for a player almost instantly (via the "minecraft:tick" trigger)

Updated Overview README.md file to give a short glimpse at the upcoming project!

Changed licensing from MIT to Mozilla Public for the time being, although the repositary is kind of useless at the moment
